Our peopleWe’re an ever-expanding, dedicated, professional team. Specialists in selling prime residential property in Notting Hill and its environs. We have many years of experience working in property of all descriptions. And at all levels. We are the team you will be dealing with. Who will get to know your property and be involved from instruction through to sale and completion. We only deal with highly experienced professionals who aim to offer you the best advice. Not all advice is easy to give. But integrity is tantamount to us. We aim to remain the leading selling specialist in this area. For this reason, there is no individual employee commission. We work as a team and aim to build a business based on recommendation and repeat custom. We expect to know the area and perhaps your property even better than you do. But we are not afraid to ask if we don’t. We will not force anyone to buy or sell a property. We will however, give all the information, support and opportunities to ensure the best and most informed decisions are made. Along with acting unashamedly - and without hesitation - in our clients’ best interests. We achieve, as a direct result of this, not only the best price but from the best purchaser, we make the process as trouble-free and stress-free for our clients as is possible. Nicholas CraysonNick was born, brought up and has lived in the Notting Hill area for most of his life. He loves the area for its leafiness, its 24-hour liveliness and the variety and mix of people who come to live here. If Nick can’t sell Notting Hill to an unbeliever, or a house to a believer, nobody can. A graduate in Economic History, he went into the City working in Corporate Finance. Realising this was not the place where he wanted to spend his working life, he returned to Notting Hill to sell the place he loves – in the only way he could. Selling the property. Passionate about always giving an intelligent, informed and genuinely sincere service, Nick quickly earned quite an impressive track record selling houses in the area. This experience has led him to set up a new type of agency whose overriding principle is to raise the bar in every respect. To offer a bespoke and personalised service that is beyond all reasonable expectation. One that insists clients should never ever be satisfied with dissatisfaction. Isabel Montagu-WilliamsIsabel started her career in property in Fulham's Bishops Park before progressing to the less glamorous world of shopping centres and small industrial estates in a bid to convince the venerable Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors she was worthy of it's membership. Armed with her M.R.I.C.S. qualification, she quickly returned to the world of residential property, working in Bath and Cirencester, at Savills and Knight Frank, selling magnificent townhouses and many wonderful country houses in Wiltshire, Somerset and Gloucestershire. After a decade, the pull of London became too much. In 2009, she returned. Isabel believes old-fashioned principles and disciplines should work alongside cutting edge design, information and communication systems ensuring the very best of past, present and future are combined. Dazzled by like-minded Nick’s determination to offer an uncompromising, professional service in all aspects of property agency, she has found the unique venture she has been searching for. One she thought would take forever to find. Giles BarkerGiles brings with him huge international experience in the commercial and residential property business. This gives him a razor-sharp edge when it comes to analysing properties from a seller’s and an investor’s point of view. Starting his career in Mayfair, Giles (Beanie to his friends) moved to Miami Beach where he brokered the sale of Miami Beach investment properties for Colliers International and luxury homes and estates for Sotheby’s International Realty. “It was tough,” he says modestly. “But that’s the way you hone your skills.” He returned to London in 2010 to employ his talents in the more cut and thrust London property market. “I looked at many property companies in Notting Hill and other areas, but thanks to Nick’s tireless enthusiasm and energy, Crayson was the only place with the vision and the motivation to really shake things up and show the industry that there is better way to do business – in the best part of prime central London.” Lucy MaltbyAs an office manager in any other agency, Lucy would be considered overqualified. But working alongside Nick, Isabel and Giles, with their unique style, Lucy is able to apply her experience to the full, as part of a dynamic team. Educated at Millfield School, Somerset, Lucy studied at the London College of Fashion. She went on to gain a certificate in interior design at the Inchbald School of Design, Sloane Square. In 2009, she joined Farleys Estate Agents, in South Kensington, as Sales Coordinator. Attracted by the energy and determination of the Crayson team – one that matches her own – Lucy ensures the way the office operates reflects the attention to detail required for Crayson to deliver their exceptional bespoke service. "It has long been an axiom of mine that the little things are infinitely the most important." Sherlock Holmes said this. Lucy claims she said it first – about homes. The buying and selling of them. |
